Last Wednesday, UClass and the Asia Society brought together school and organizational leaders at the Avenues: World School for the first-ever NYC Global Education Forum. Speakers came from organizations as diverse as The U.S. Department of Education, Teach For America, Student Voice, Amplify, Charlotte Schools and a public school in Brooklyn. The event gathered more than 300 public and private interest representatives and sparked great discussion about the importance of a globally focused education in the 21st century.
